Fixed a bug whereby if you're logged out of a feed requiring authentication, an annoying dialog box would pop up asking for auth info (reported in http://www.toolness.com/wp/?p=158#comment-955).

Fixed the race-condition bug for selecting the about:news URL text, and also probably prevented about:news from loading in places that it wasn't supposed to.

Ummm... Oops. When I converted AmbNews annotations to ambnews annotations, I missed a few.

Changed page annotations from AmbNews/something to ambnews/something to match the way other paths are done, but it appears that page annotations are case-insensitive anyways, which is cool I guess.

The 'about:news' text in the url bar is selected whenever a new tab is opened, so that just creating a new tab and typing stuff always does what it used to do (habituation isn't broken).
